D: Quanto costa il vostro servizio?
R: Eurotecno è perfettamente allineata con i prezzi correnti di mercato, siamo nel settore da venticinque anni e conosciamo bene come si muove la nostra concorrenza. Siamo conosciuti per offrire un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo.
D: Quanto costano le assicurazioni? Cosa coprono?
R: Eurotecno applica una politica di trasparenza dei prezzi per cui le assicurazioni base (incendio e furto) ed i costi accessori (lavaggio, verifiche periodiche, etc…) sono già incluse nella tariffa applicata. Per chi volesse c’è anche la possibilità di estendere le coperture assicurative per una maggiore tranquillità.
D: Quanto costa il trasporto?
R: Eurotecno ha investito molto sull’ottimizzazione logistica, consegniamo quotidianamente in tutto il Nord Italia. Avendo un reparto dedicato a tale attività riusciamo ad ottimizzare al meglio consegne e ritiri mantenendo prezzi bassi e mediamente inferiori alla nostra concorrenza.
D: Quanto preavviso dobbiamo darvi per ricevere il mezzo noleggiato?
R: Grazie alla reattività del nostro servizio logistico ed ai nostri processi di evasione ordine, studiati per assecondare le urgenze dei clienti, l’80% delle consegne vengono effettuate il giorno seguente alla richiesta.
D: Che tipo di mezzi potete offrire, quanti ne avete?
R: Eurotecno vanta un parco mezzi di circa 600 unità tra PLE, mezzi di sollevamento e furgoni.
D: Offrite il servizio di noleggio a caldo cioè con operatore?
R: Sì certo, uno dei punti di forza del nostro servizio è anche questo. Disponiamo di mezzi con operatore in grado di raggiungere 70 metri di quota per il sollevamento di persone / cose (PLE) o per il sollevamento carichi fino a 100 Q.li (gru elettriche).
D: Serve un patentino per utilizzare i vostri mezzi?
R: Sì, valgono le direttive contenute nell’Accordo Stato Regioni per quanto riguarda l’abilitazione all’utilizzo dei mezzi d’opera. Serfin Srl di cui Eurotecno fa parte, è un ente accreditato per l’erogazione di questi corsi.
D: In caso servisse documentazione relativa ai mezzi o di sicurezza specifica siete in grado di fornircela?
R: Sì, tutti i mezzi noleggiati da Eurotecno sono aggiornati ed in regola con i vari adempimenti normativi e manutentivi. Abbiamo personale preposto alla fornitura di questa documentazione, alla compilazioni di Piani di Sicurezza ed eventualmente alla produzione di documenti su specifica richiesta del cliente.
D: Che tipo di pagamenti proponete?
R: Eurotecno in questo è flessibile in quanto è in grado di proporre pagamenti su misura alle esigenze del cliente.
